Thank you to everyone who came and made our Rally & Concourse day a success today. Especially to those who travelled from afar to the Australiana Pioneer Village in Wilberforce – our founder Tom Chaplin, Mandy and John Bellwood who flew in especially for the day from the UK (well that’s what they told me) Jason Baldwin and Scott from Bathurst, George and Garth from Lithgow in George’s case and close by for Garth,Mark Crissel and Molly from the Hunter Valley, Chris Clarke from the Central Coast and Fabulous and Chrissy from Katoomba.
Congratulations to the winners of the Rally, Scott & Dave, with Michael and Will hot on their tail, and Brian and Sue completing the podium.
The cars presented for the Concourse were all completely outstanding, with Chris taking out the best Focus, Garth best Cosworth, Stephen best Capri and Scott best the Escort with the sensational Mk 2 RS 2000, although in every category it was very very hard to choose a winner – thanks to John Bellwood and Stephen Roser for helping out with the judging today.
